About Your Pet Groomer
Hi, I’m Abby
I'm a pet groomer and a massive animal lover. I have had dogs since I was little and knew I always had a passion for them. I'm one of the three owners of Rex's Royal Spa LLC while my parents, Joy and Randy, are the other two owners. We created this business around all of our dogs we have had (Sadie, Sydney, Remy, Rio, Reign, Samson) but mainly around our border collie Rex. He was the one I started my pet grooming education and journey; he became my practice pet/lab rat. But he was the best dog we have ever had and he sure was a spoiled elegant, picky, and bossy. He was very high maintenance but we would never change it. He passed on February 8th, 2024 but this business will keep his legacy going. Our goal is to educate all our clients on how to properly maintain each certain breed and hygiene for that specific coat type. We offer all kinds of services for all breeds and all weights and all personalities. We are located in Greenwood, Indiana but we cover all of Central Indiana. Policies
There are 7 policies but not every client will have to fill out each policy. All policies are filled out in person or online. We require our clients to sign and date our policies if they apply to client's pets. Flea/Tick, Ongoing medical conditions, and Matting policies only apply to current groom then will expire while Picture, Cat, Senior/Baby policies do not expire unless pet doesn't fit into that policy category. General Policy doesn't have expiration unless changes are made by company owners. Clients are not forced to sign policies, but we require them for use of our services and for everyone's safety.

We will get back to soon, thank you! We take cash, check to Rex's Royal Spa LLC, and card (plus virtual cards with tap card machine). All clients pay for services performed plus any up charges or add-ons, and travel services fees with extra appreciation to any amount of tips! We appreciate everyone that supports our business and we love all of our clients and can't wait to grow the family at Rex's Royal Spa!
